I am investigating some issues I have seen in Guide admin.  Has anyone run into refresh issues after doing a bulk operation?

Example:

I changed owner/author of 10 articles. After both operations were completed, it still showed 3 articles using the same filter.  I tried refreshing the page once and the articles still appeared.  After a couple attempts, there were zero articles appearing using the same filter.
