I think it would be useful for the imported google docs document to overwrite the existing document within guide. We would like to update and edit our documents on the google drive.

Of course there would need to be an "are you sure" button too. But without being able to save the documents out of Zendesk into google drive they have to be edited in two places - or delete one before adding the other.
