To let Guide users bookmark articles to read later

Great feature request, I’ve taken it here

Is it possible for a Guide user who is logged in to be able to bookmark articles to read later? Ideally, I'd like each user to be able to compile their own sub-library of articles that are particularly useful or relevant to them.

Yes!!! 1000% been wanting this for a while. This would help agents locate common articles that they use.

Yes please! I'd love for our clients to be able to compile, update and share reading lists of helpful guides and manuals for the roles and functions that are relevant to their business. It'd be really neat if lists could also be shared and subscribed to, so that the 'list creator' could update for all subscribers.

Yes this would be great for our users who use this as a job aide - to be able to create a custom list of quickly accessed articles!

Hi all, I would like to understand the need for this better.

  • Could you elaborate a bit on your use cases?
  • -- What type of business are you running?
  • -- How is your support org setup?
  • -- Is the feature end users or agents in your use case?
  • Where would you like/imagine the list to be located in the user interface
  • What is the reason your users cannot use browser bookmarks or a dedicated bookmarking service/plugin?

Thank you!
