Reporting on Parent/Child Tickets

Is there a way within Explore to be able to report on parent/child tickets as i'm unable to find a way of doing this? As an example we would like to see complaints that have had a follow up and volume of tasks that are linked to complaints.

Hi Ricki,

At the moment there are not datasets within Explore for Side Conversations or Child/Parent tickets. There is a workaround using Triggers and Tags that you can find in our below doc on this:

Can I report on side conversations?

Thanks for your response Jason, unfortunately this isn't going to give me what I need.

Do you know if there are any plans for this to be made available to report on in future?

Has there been any updates to this request?  It would be very useful to do this natively within Explore without having to use the API to export the data and then rebuild it.

I noticed that the link attached to "Can I report on side conversations in Explore?" is unavailable. Agreed with DJ Hartel's comment, and hope to have that feature available in the future!
