CSAT How to view all the reviews in one PDF file?

I would like to be able to see each agent + requester +ticket in one PDF with all the CSAT submitted. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Yeny,

If you have access to custom reporting in Explore, then you can create a report to query all rated tickets (the metric Rated satisfaction tickets) in the Tickets dataset, sliced by Ticket ID, Assignee name, Requester name, and Ticket satisfaction rating. Here's a screenshot from a sample query:

You may also add Ticket satisfaction comment and Ticket satisfaction reason if you need to see these too in the table. With your data sliced by Ticket ID, you'll see rows for tickets that do not have customer ratings. Make sure to apply a metric filter to hide these rows with zeros for the metric.

Once you've saved the query, you should be able to select Export from the options on the upper right ā€“

ā€“ and, select PDF as the export format.

The PDF file will be downloaded through the browser.

If you're querying a huge volume of ticket data, I suggest that you narrow down your query by applying filters. If the amount of data is too huge for Explore to process, the query might not load and you won't be able to perform an export.

You also have the option to add your satisfaction reports to a dashboard and then set a scheduled delivery (see Scheduling dashboard deliveries). Explore will automatically email you an export of the dashboard according to the schedule that you've set.
