Combo charts

Insights previously had the ability to add combo charts:

Example:
I'm trying to consolidate all of our support reports into Zendesk. The one thing that can't be done is combo charts, which are valuable for showing the correlation between two datasets. For example, showing a bar graph of tickets created vs a line showing time to solve is a great way to visualize the relationship between those two datasets.

Hello Bryan Matias. There are ways to handle this kind of reporting in Explore. For this case, you would want to set two metrics. Set your Visualization Type to Columns, and then if you click on the Metric you want as a Trend Line, you should see that option at the bottom of the menu like so:
You can see Trend is dark blue when it is selected and that turns what was two side by side columns into column and a line. Hope that helps!

@Chris Bulin super helpful! Tried the "Dual" option from your screenshot and that worked great.
Thanks!

Hi @..., may I know if it is possible to have the 2nd chart (line one), doesn't have effects on the data option from the Columns or Rows setting?
Such as when I use the Column chart, I enable the Stacked feature for the ticket type, but for the line chart, I only want to display in Sum number without differentiating them in types.

Hi Anh Ngọc I think you would have to write a custom metric in order to do that. Otherwise any metric you apply will be applied to all of the attributes.
