Deleting queries used in a Dashboard
Posted Sep 23, 2021
Hi,
I am facing an issue where I want to remove many of the queries that are used in a specific Dashboard. These queries are copies - it was done when the whole Dashboard was cloned, including the queries. The clone of the Dashboard was done 2 or 3 times, so the '(copy)' is added to the queries, so some of the queries have the same name.
I would like to remove only the queries that are used in a specific Dashboard. I am unable to filter them, all of the queries are created by my user (other clones where done by assuming my account).
I am doing it now manually, query by query, deleting one-by-one as there I have information to which Dashboard this query is added.
I think, that it would be good to have a filter showing all queries used in a specific Dashboard (but still with information in how many Dashboard in total is used).
Thanks

It would be pretty cool if we had the same option on delete as we do on clone. So if you delete a dashboard it asks if you want to delete the associated queries.
