Web Widget with Answer Bot: Report showing search strings
Currently, you cannot create a query of the search strings/terms that users are inputting into the web widget with answer bot. The only data you can pull is the following query: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048645274-Explore-recipe-Analyzing-the-last-100-Answer-Bot-tickets.
It would be useful to have this information in Explore - i.e., all the terms that the user inputs into the web widget with answer bot. Also, it would be useful to pull the specific history between the answer bot and the user in order to analyze how users are interacting with the answer bot.
Hi Ryan, thanks for your question. Based on the article you have linked I will assume this relates to Answer Bot Article Recommendations in the classic Web Widget and not Flow Builder in the messaging Web Widget. If so, I believe the Answer enquiry attribute is what you are after.
