Hi Team Zendesk

Can a platform be introduced where we can showcase our reports to customer just by an invite though they aren't a registered Zendesk user.

This would be more helpful so that scheduled email delivery sends an invite to view the report online with the same filter we get on explore . Customer can drilldown the complete report.

    thanks for your question on how to share dashboards with external users.

    As per Anton M.'s answer, we do support the ability to share the dashboard with non-Zendesk users.

    Bookmarks are good for sharing reports with configured filters.
