Create dependency ticket fields

I would like to create a field called category and a field called subcategory. The subcategory field may only show fields that belong to one category. eg. category is "Color" and the subcategories can only be Red, Green and Blue. If I choose a different category, eg car brand, I can only choose Volvo, VW, etc.

You can achieve this with different tools depending on your Zendesk plan and features:

I create a ticket with this question and the answer was that is not possible. So I create this item. I can solve this with the solution you mentioned. Please close this thread! Thanks.
