How do I view all the support tickets?
Answered
Posted Mar 08, 2021
I was just simply trying to find out a way to look at all of the support tickets in Zendesk Support, including those that were solved awhile ago.
According to https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115007001967-where-can-I-find-all-my-solved-tickets-, you can just simply use the Advanced Search Filter. However, this doesn't exist in my UI. I'm assuming that this has been changed since that post is from 4 years ago.

Hi Alton,
There are two ways to get to the Advanced Search page.
1. Hover the mouse over +Add at the top of the agent interface and select Search under New.
2. Click the magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner, type in a search term, and hit Enter.
Once on the Advanced Search page, there is a Filters drop down menu to the right of the search bar. This will allow you to set different search options, such as status, type of ticket, tags, the assignee(s), and the updated time period.
We also provide a Zendesk Support Search Reference if you'd like to perform a more targeted search.
For example, if you'd like to find tickets that were created in 2020, solved or closed, tagged with "tools", and sorted in a descending order, you would type the following in the search bar:
