    Hi Kartik,

    If you are setting up custom integration between zendesk and salesforce you can use zendesk developer documentation (https://developer.zendesk.com/).You can write your own logic to communicate zendesk and salesforce.I believe there are no boilerplates available for custom integration on the internet
