If I want to create a new agent in support, I then must login into admin to add them to a Chat license for example. If I add a new agent in admin under the people > team members it opens a new tab and takes me to support. I think its fun that youre creating a true admin portal, but dont you think making me go to one place to take of task 1 and to another to take care of task 2 is a poor UX experience? I just want to be able to create a user and update everything in one place. I dont care if its in support or admin.
