Textbox to filter by Agent name
CompletedFeature Request Summary:
There should be a filter line to filter the list of agents by their name.
It should be a contains and not a startswith filtering.
Description/Use Cases:
We have around 500 Agents (Full and Light) in our Zendesk instance.
Similar to the legacy UI we want to filter by name of the agent and not navigate to page 2, 3, 4 or 5.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
Time to administer a Zendesk instance is increasing and Usability is not as good as in the legacy implementation.
