Feature Request:
Add the ability to add Synonym Sets to Help Center search for Guide
Description/Example/Use Cases/Proof of End-Users Requesting:
Use Case:
There are certain synonyms for certain words and phrases that come up again and again but there is no good way for these to be added to an article currently.
Reason for Posting:
I know that I can accomplish this by using the tip I posted. But, I really believe that this is something that should be simple and easy in the Guide Admin menu to do.
I really don’t believe that a Zendesk Admin should have to learn web design to implement this.
That is why I have posted it as a feature request.

At the article level, you can add Labels with the misspelled versions of key words, so that those articles can turn up in searches that use the misspelled words: see Why do my articles not appear in suggested articles on requests or Help Center search? and Using labels on your help center articles
The limitation is that you have to enter them separately for each article.

Hi Alejandro Colon and everybody in this thread,
Thanks for sharing your feature request, we agree that synonyms should be understood by the help center search. The requested feature isn't currently on our roadmap, however, we are actively working on an upgrade for Guide search, leveraging machine learning technology to bring relevant results to your end users, without a strict match with their search term. This way, you won't need to set up a synonym set. This upgrade is expected to be available this year.
Cheers!
