Format Custom Attributes

I'd like to be able to apply conditional formatting, like the sort shown here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022366453-Changing-the-format-of-results, to a custom attribute.
For example, my custom attribute has 3 possible values, each one a string of text, and I'd like to colour code these green/yellow/red.

Same here! I'd also like to apply conditional formatting to Attributes, specifically for satisfaction ratings: if it says Good, then it's green, and if it says Bad, then it's red. Just like the way the old Satisfaction tab used to look like!
I'm being forced to re-build it from scratch, and it's a pain that I don't have all the functionality that I used to have.

Another vote from me. We have a report which shows a RAG status, but we cant add conditional formatting to colour the box red, amber or green depending on the value. This is needed for a director report.
