We are experiencing intermitent episodes of massive spam in our Community. Then we have to activate moderation, which is a problem because needs our action and delays user activity. Filtering words is not a complete solution either.
Even there is reCaptcha in SignIn and opening a ticket... there is no reCaptcha possibility for new posts or comments in the Community.
In my opinion, reCaptcha in new posts and comments in the Community would be a great solution for spam.
It doens't seem a difficult to solution to implement. If zendesk doesn't want to add this feature for everybody, at least there could be a door open for our developers to add it as a customized solution.
