Approve pending posts IN-POST?

This is one tiny thing that drives me bonkers, and maybe there's a way around it, but I can't figure it out...

We occasionally get community posts flagged for approval. I don't know why those ones do vs. others which are blatantly spam, but that's not what this question is about.

At the top of the post page I see this:

Why is there no link for me to approve it right then and there? Why do I have to go into the pending posts to approve it? Super frustrating and disruptive to my workflow!

This is possible via the moderator and agent actions menu. Here's a screenshot from an admin perspective:

Hey Pulse - 

That's a pretty darn good idea. I'd like it for moderation myself! Hopefully a few more folks will add their voices to this thread.
