    Amazing guide, thank you for the time spent in order to post it here.

    I am looking for a way for the ticket information to enter HubSpot without creating a new profile. (if the contact in  Zendesk does not have a matching profile in HubSpot).

    The reason behind that is that we do not want to generate new profiles from Zendesk but still want to see if there is a ticket for an existing contact.

    This might be the closest to a solution I've seen so far but still can't figure out if it's possible.
