Voicemail transcription languages

Hi Emma - 

I can't speak to why the decision was made initially not to include other languages, but I can tell you that this is the first request we've received for this functionality in this forum, so my guess would be just that it's not something many customers have expressed interest in. 

Can you provide any additional details about your use-case to help the product manager understand the need?

                   If you are still looking for voicemail transcription in Norwegian and Swedish then we might be able to be of some assistance.  We're an automated transcription service and we're currently working on both a Zendesk integration app and adding Norwegian and Swedish to our language list.  If you're interested, drop me a line over at https://3scri.be and we could set up an extended free trial when we get into beta with both.
