Possibility to make outbound call trought the Zendesk Mobile App
Hi,
I know that some people talk about in some forum or other, but I didnt see a topic with vote on Feedback on talk for this particular poont. And I dont know why it dont have a clear post on it because it's probably one of the biggest feature that people probably want.
We must have the possibility to make outbound call directly by the Zendesk App Mobile. I dont know what it is so complicated to add this huge feature. Can someone tell me when it's gonna be done ?

Both of these have significant activity but unfortunately right now there is not a clear timeline for when this will feature will become available.
