Feature request: Article body templates

A useful feature would be to allow article templates to be created with pre-populated text. For example, if every new article has a chunk of code at the top to apply a style to a question, and certain other metadata.

The above would help our team maintain consistent formatting, reduce frustrations with editing source code each time a new article is created, and make onboarding new Guide editors easier.

These templates are currently possible in the KC App, but not in Guide Admin. The templates in Guide Admin focus on modifying the source code of the article rather than the body.
