    We launched the Explore live dashboard which will allow the monitoring of key Chat sections and allows the option to clone and customize the widgets on the dashboard.

    Thanks for sharing valuable feedback.

    In the future, real time monitoring and reporting needs across all channels will be made available on Explore.
     
    In the meantime, if you would like to consolidate and access key information in the same workspace you can use the iFrame app on our Marketplace to embed the URL to Real-time Monitor on your Chat instance.
