My tickets gest tagged with "newsletter" but I cannot find out from where
AnsweredTickets (many) get tagged with "newsletter" but I cannot find any function that performs this tagging!? Search through triggers and automations, both manually and in the new admin centre.
Any suggestions on how to find the function that adds this tag?

Hi Peter,
The tag could come from a user or organization, or be provided by an app integration perhaps.
Have you tried to look in the ticket event log for one of your impacted tickets?
That should give you something to go on.Alternatively, you could look in Rule analysis and look for the tag:
