Overriding Email Template
Hello. I just set up CSAT follow up to go out to the requester after our agent closes their ticket. The problem i'm having is that the language set up for the CSAT email shows up after the content we have programmed into our generic email template. Is there a way to disable to generic email template when we send out this email?
