Improve Team Members Filters

The TeamMembers filters currently only contain two filters. "All Agents" and "Talk Agents" (at least in my version). However I am using "Light Agents" which does not take away from my agent license.

I would like more granular filters to essentially be able to see the Agents based on their role and their License.

Administrators

Agents

Light Agents

Contributor 

ETC.

We also have a variety of license types (Talk, Chat, Support). We would like to see additional filtering capabilities as well. With the additional request that you can export the list

Also filtering users by groups or other custom field values please.

The preview shows now all roles as filter - could it be possible to add a main filter for "all agent roles with a default license"? With the old view this was possible, now it is necessary to select all kinds of agent roles with a normal license.

I think it could be more easy if we have the possibility to select any field of user to filter, like group, role, last access, created at, etc.

The "seats used" was handy for quick tracking. That's gone.
I can't see at a glance now who's a light agent or an admin. The filter is nice but not convenient. Can there be more added the the main view, or an option to add/remove what you like?

how about the negative filter, like "not agent"?
