Logged in Time
The fact that you guys don't have a way to report on how much time an agent is logged into the phone for is embarising. As the world shifts to work from home, there need to be a way to track this.

It's currently possible to see a report on agent availability for the current day via the real-time dashboard: Can I report on agent availability in Zendesk Talk?.
However, you're correct that there isn't currently a way to look at this historically in Explore. If you don't mind, please upvote and add your use case to this thread in our Feedback on Talk topic: Zendesk Talk: Allow Reporting on Agent Availability
