Feature request: Would like the ability to customize the search in My Activities

We would like the ability to customize the filters when searching in Guide > "My Activities". 

We have custom fields, such as a custom status field to indicate if a ticket is feedback or a bug, that our users would want to filter on.

Additionally, the ability to customize how those filters work would be very useful.  Instead of just a dropdown value, having the ability to say 'include these statuses' or 'exclude this status' or allow a user to set a default status so they do not have to change it each time.

I'm happy to say that we are working on making the request list much more interactive and powerful :) I expect that we will launch a beta version of this improved request list experience within a couple of months.

Carol Crowley As Kasper said, we are working on making  the request list much more interactive and powerful. We are still working on it, but expect to be able to release a first phase update very soon, making for a better sorting and filtering experience on existing fields and we are targeting Q3 to be able to release support for including custom fields in the request list with the new improved filtering and sorting capability. The timeline is not a promise, but a target - unfortunately things can change. For updates on this I suggest you follow this post.

We are very happy to let you know that we have now added the ability to see custom fields to the new request list open beta and we will continue to add more features.

You can read more in this announcement.

While this does not (yet) solve the issue in this post, I thought you would find it relevant since we as part of the work on the new request list we are intending to add better filtering capabilities.

What may also interest you is that we have made the Request REST API allowed for end users, so you can now also build your own request list experience using the API.
