Team Publishing: Comments to Assignee

When you assign an article to a user, you have the ability to put a message in the dialog box. I would like to see this feature enhanced to not only maintain this message but create the ability to open up a chat/message feature inside the article so that users can collaborate back and forth with comments on an article. The current setup is to 'Reasign" the article back to the user and write a message in the dialog box, but this does not maintain the initial message. The initial message is replaced when hitting "Reassign" with a new message.
