Collision Detection for Guide Articles

Hello Zendesk Team,

We have a number of agents across teams who all need the permission to edit and publish articles.

When an agent edits an article, there is no effective way of preventing other agents from editing and publishing the same article, possibly overwriting changes made by the other agent.

This could be mitigated by having some form of hard collision detection. For example, Zendesk could flat out block other agents from accessing an article, if another agent is already editing it.
