This is regarding the Zendesk Agent app. I have to constantly check the phone icon to see if I am connected- and most of the time I am not and have to manually refresh the page several times before the icon even pops back up.
Strange that a huge function of this app often is unavailable, and quite unpredictable. We miss a ton of calls because this and it can definitely get frustrating to learn that you weren't online the whole time, forcing you to check almost every 30 minutes. Is this an overall system traffic issue? Wondering how Zendesk can make this feature more robust.
