If a customer is calling over the internet then they don't enter any details prior to making the call. When end user presses "call us" the call goes directly to our call center as an unidentified user.
Similar to the chat we would like to ask the customer to pre-fill some basic information about them self's before the call is initiated. So there would be 1 extra step if you press "call us" where you need to enter your name, phone number and/or email.
This feature is already available when users clicks "live chat". A form opens up and end user is asked to fill in basic contact information before the chat is initiated. We would like the "call us" feature to work in the same way.
