Need to Exclude Values From filters

Hello there,
I need to narrow down some specific groups from "tickets groups" filter and i need do pull "assigned name" only from the groups i choose, but when i go to edit filters, it doesn't seem to give me that option (see images below). Shoud i be looking elsewhere?

I'd recommend creating a Set which would allow you to create a list of selected attribute values based on an existing attribute (i.e. Ticket Group, Assignee Name). Once you've created the Set calculation, you could then use those new attributes as a dashboard data filter. More info on creating sets here.

I was able to create a set, but after that i don't know how to select the set as a data filter in the dashboard, can you help?

Sure thing! Once you've created the Set attribute in the dataset(s) of your choosing, you should see this newly created attribute under the list of available attributes to filter by when adding or editing a dashboard data filter.
If you don't see it, you may want to try refreshing your browser in case you had the dashboard page open while you were creating this new attribute. A browser refresh seems to always do the trick when I come across anything funky in Zendesk. :)
