Don't show a name/timestamp updating a Dashboard unless they actually made changes

Regularly, I need to open a dashboard in edit mode, just to figure out what filters are on a query, since you cannot click through to a query without being in edit mode. Just opening and clicking to edit a query, no changes, makes the system show it as your name having updated the whole Dashboard, even without publishing or moving or doing *anything at all*, even if you click "Edit" on the query, then use the page navigation at the top to go back to the Dash, it says there's changes. This is very misleading and confusing. Don't show someone as having updated a Dashboard unless actual changes were actually made to the Dashboard.
