アンサーボット（その後人間に繋がるチャット）にてお客様側で通知音を出すことは可能にしてほしい。こちらのオペレーターが返答しているのにも関わらず、お客様側に通知音がないので、お客様がこちらからの返答に気が付かず、無駄な時間が過ぎてしまうことがあります。

また、チャット終了後、ブラウザーを閉じたとして、お客様が10分後などに追加の質問を思い出し、お客様が再度チャット／アンサーボットを開いたとしても、前回の履歴が消えていなく、新しいチケットにて質問することができない時あります。ブラウザーをリフレッシュしても前回の履歴は消えません。このようなケースの場合、クッキーを消す以外にお客様側で簡単に新しいアンサーボット／チャットを始める方法はないのでしょうか。
