Preview of attachments before sending in chat
It would be excellent to have a preview in chat when sending an attachment before it is actually sent. It can be unfortunately easy to accidentally send the wrong attachment; this is usually not an issue, but has led to both agents accidentally sending unrelated images (such as memes) to customers, as well as sending images or files that contain sensitive information from a different account. Having a speedbump to prevent this would be immensely helpful, and is something that many other chat/conversation platforms (Slack, Discord, and Google Hangouts, to name just a few) already have.

This is needed for screenshot pasting in chat as well as attachments. Currently a screenshot pasted in an active chat appears as a link and can result in an agent sharing sensitive/confidential data and/or PII with unauthorized users if their CTRL C copy doesn't work as expected.

I am searching for the capability to preview attachments on a ticket before sending, but found this very similar question. I'm curious if there was ever an answer?
