[ARCHIVED] Dynamic Content on Triggers

It would be great if there was a way of integrating Dynamic Content within triggers. An example of where this would work perfectly would be on "Proactive Greeting", you can send a message to the customer asking them if they need any help but only in English and we have some customers who are visiting from Germany or Spain.
When an agent speaks with the customer you have Google Translate which is great but it would be useful to have a translate feature or DC on triggers as well.

You can set them up with filters based on country code, but it is a totally different system from the 'auto detection' that Zendesk uses otherwise. It's very annoying they did this. On the one hand they force the dynamic content, on the other hand we have these chat-triggers that do not have that option. Belgium is a country with multiple languages so filters on country code are not relevant.
