[ARCHIVED] Co-browsing/Screen sharing feature

Thanks for your feedback regarding adding co-browsing and screen sharing functionality to Zopim.

There are no immediate plans to add this functionality in 2015 but we understand that customers want this functionality. There is actually an ongoing thread about the very topic: https://zopimsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/208793628-Screen-share-ability-in-live-chat

If/when we decide to add this functionality to Zopim, we will update the thread to let you know.

We offer app integrations for screen sharing but have no plans to offer this functionality natively.
