Get blank screen and error 401 when rating.

Is this you trying to rate a ticket as an Agent or Admin on the account? Only End Users will have the capability to rate tickets.

Apologies for the delay and thank you for messaging us. The error messages that the satisfaction link was opened by someone who is not the requester. 
 
Only the requester in the ticket who is not an agent can open the link and rate.
