We have used Zendesk over 6 years now with at least a hundred macros used thousands of times. However, when I try to enable the suggested macros, the button is grayed out.

The modal says I do not have enough macro data in the system yet. How is this possible? I can generate reports based off tags that macros apply.  Granted this is our slow season and there is not much current usage, but this would be great to have in place for our ramp up.

Any suggestions?

Hey Steve, thanks for posting this. The ability to enable suggested macros will be dependent on your usage of macros since the feature was rolled out.

If you have significant usage prior to the release of this feature, this won't be considered. If you now have very little usage, you'll need to increase your usage of macros for this feature to be enabled.
