How can I locate the "Key" that is in use for the OOO app?

I am seeing this message when I try to install the app

The app at one point, was already in stalled, but uninstalled. I edited the People field so it no longer uses the tag

I am now seeing the error you see above. Where should I look for that "key"?

Nobody has any suggestions where to find this dangling key?

Oh! I did it.

There was an Agent Out User Field (seen above) that I changed the tag info but did not delete it. 

I just deleted it and the app installed properly.
