Scaffold app doesnt´s work locally.

Hello,
I have make some work to install Ubuntu for Windows to have the Zendesk local environment available in our machines (as we work with Windows). After resolving some issues, I have it!! but I have found another problema that you maybe know the reason:
Currently I have the Scaffold App running, in one side "npm install watch" is running, to get any change made on the code, in the other side "zat server -p dist" to run the server, and the Zendesk URL has the query string "?zat=true" as the documentation mentioned. Anyone knows about the following issues?

In addition, something strange happens, because if I stop the server, the Zendesk page still shows me the Apps on the ticket_sidebar area... It seems something is running in background or maybe something is cached? Anyone knows the reason? because even with the server stopped and the caché cleaned I still can see the scaffold app running...
Also, even if I stop this Scaffold App, and run another one (a simple App with just a H1 with the text "Hello World!"), Zendesk URL and localhost:4567 both still show the Scaffold App...

First thing I'd check is the browser settings. If you're using the Chrome browser, the content of your app may be blocked. Click the lock icon on the left side of the address bar and select Site settings. On the Settings page, scroll to the Insecure Content section and select Allow.
