Help Desk Chat Support
Support is basically non existent. No Phone support for paid products? Only chat support which takes 15 minutes to respond between messages. This needs addressed!

The related issue that I found is the agents managing the chat don't know anything about Sell. They are only able to direct me to help pages (that I've usually already found). They will ultimately reach out to the Sell team to get answers, but it takes a while and the answers get diluted through the layers of support.
