    Hi Donald, 

    Thanks very much for the detailed feedback. The automated Talk business verification process is something that was recently launched (mid-2021) to support the purchasing of phone numbers. Before this feature was launched, all business verification was done manually over email. 

    The features you mentioned are all valid and important requests and we hope to add/improve the business verification process gradually over time. I can't make any promises on when exactly those improvements will come, but it is something that we will keep top of mind.

    I would like to ask how should I proceed if my request is in status "rejected" in Business Verification and what are the exact steps to set up IVR for Talk via Zendesk? Thank you, Tereza

    Hello Tereza,
    If the Business Verification status shows "Rejected", you may need to restart the process on the Business verification page or contact Zendesk Customer Support if you believe your application shouldn't have been rejected.
