Items to be added to the ”Answer Bot” dashboard
Feature Request Summary:
Show the number of CSAT ratings earned and the opinions of those with bad ratings.
Description/Use Cases:
A ticket is created after a message is forwarded to an agent in "Messaging", and CSAT is triggered with "Resolved" status.
However, there doesn't seem to be a summary of the results of each evaluation in the "Support" dashboard, so please create one in the "Answer Bot" dashboard.

Business impact of limitation or missing feature: There is no end-user rating for "Messaging".
