CSAT Questionnaire Activation in Messaging
Feature Request Summary:
Add a step to the flow builder where CSAT questionnaires can be triggered.
Description/Use Cases:
I would like to take a CSAT survey at the end of a messaging session for end users who were able to resolve their issues.
Furthermore, the results of the CSAT questionnaire should be available in Exprole.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
The current state of the system does not allow us to determine if the proposed FAQ articles in this messaging are in line with the needs of the end users.
We do not use in-person chats, only automated responses, so we would like to have indicators for improving messaging.
