Change Chat Notification Opening Hours Start/End Sound
I was advised by Josh to put my question here. It would be excellent to have the freedom in the Chat settings on browser that we do on Android devices.
Currently, we're only able to amend the incoming chat sound and one other - but not the Start/End of operating hours.
The default alarm sound in browser is way too loud and disruptive. The android app lets me change this to something else but the browser doesn't - why not?
We use Firefox browser to access Zendesk workspace on Windows machines.

Hi Rina,
As I can see you are already on agent workspace, on agent workspace we currently only support incoming chat and new messages. Chat operating hour start and end is no longer provided. For current notifications that are supported you can control the volume level from the chat dashboard.
