IVR Menu - "Add Another" route button optionAnswered
Hey ZD Talk Team,
It would be really great/intuitive if you could add a simple "Add route" button to the existing edit route window when creating a new IVR routing option.
Purpose of it would be if you need to create routing for multiple key presses, the add route button when clicked, would save the new route you've just built, and then automatically bring up the same new routing window again.
Right now you have to Click save and then Click the Add route button again.
Yes this would remove a click or two throughout the whole process, but it would also align the interface with other parts of the Zendesk which have this type of feature such as ticket field conditionality, when you can select add another and it will then let you add a new ticket field condition straight after without having to exit windows. It allows for a really streamlined building process.
Small feature - nice wins. :)
Thanks for reaching out to us, this suggestion makes a lot of sense and is something we have noted and put on our backlog. When this feature is launched we will publicly announce it.
Right now there is no timeline for when this will be implemented.
