Suggestion: World Map in Zendesk

could this feature be an option in a non distant future? We want to display our tickets based on a custom field "country"

This was a feature in Insights that wasn't brought over and I'd also like to see it brought back.

Agreed. We've grown to have footprints in many regions, it's a lot of work currently to get something visualized for execs to show them where the volume is coming from.

Agreed. As we continue to expand globally this would be an interesting feature.
