Chat rating doesn't work on the customized widget

When the agent workspace is active, we can't use end-user's chat rating function after ending chat session on our Web-SDK-made widget. If using Web Widget (Classic), it works. Are there any ideas to solve it ?

Hey Nao,

Unfortunately at this time we don't have a way to offer chat ratings via the Web SDK when agent workspace is enabled.  I'm going to touch base with product to see if they can give an idea where this is on the roadmap.
